These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Techstaap CRM software ("Software") provided by Techstaap Inc. ("Techstaap"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Software.

License Grant:

Techstaap grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

User Responsibilities:

a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and login credentials.

b. You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

c. You are solely responsible for any data or content you enter into the Software and its accuracy.

Intellectual Property:

Techstaap retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any intellectual property rights. You agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.

Data Privacy:

a. Techstaap respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

b. You acknowledge and agree that Techstaap may collect and use non-personal data for the purpose of improving the Software and providing support services.

Payment and Subscription:

a. The Software may require payment of subscription fees or other charges, as applicable. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Software.

b. Techstaap may change the pricing or terms of the subscription with prior notice.

Support and Maintenance:

a. Techstaap will provide reasonable technical support and maintenance for the Software during the term of your subscription.

b. Techstaap may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software, and you may be required to install such updates to continue using the Software.

Termination:

a. This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.

b. Techstaap may suspend or terminate your access to the Software in case of any violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Software.

c. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TECHSTAAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability:

TECHSTAAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Techstaap is incorporated. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Techstaap regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the Techstaap CRM software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Software.
